For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, Cheeky Giants is the data controller for the personal data described below.
This policy explains what personal data the Game collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It applies to the Game on all platforms where it is distributed.
We collect only what the Game needs to function, to improve it, and (where you allow it) to show advertising. We do not ask you for your real name, email, phone number, or precise GPS location.

Some data (such as IP address) is processed automatically by the third-party services below in order to deliver their functionality.
The Game shows rewarded ads (you choose to watch them for in-game rewards).
You can change your choice at any time in the Game via Settings > Privacy (the Consent option), which re-opens the consent form.

These providers process data on our behalf and/or as independent controllers for their own purposes (for example, ad networks for ad delivery and measurement).
The providers above may process your data on servers outside the EEA/UK (including the United States). Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Depending on where you live (in particular under the GDPR/UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, which may be higher). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures (including authentication, access rules, and Firebase App Check) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date, and, where required, we will ask for renewed consent.
